I haven't been here for a while, but there was talk about releasing a Responsive Layout Designer for the non-coders like myself to create responsive websites. Is this still in the works, and if so, when might it be available?

As far as I know it is still in the works Kenneth. Its a huge project that takes time to get perfect. We are all on the edges of our seats waiting for it.

As Steve pointed out it is a massive project. It take a lot of code to be compiled, edited, and perfected. It is still in the works and will be here soon.
