I read it is not possible to add pages.
Is it possible to build pages outside of cart
ie: home page | find us Google map | about us
and so on and link these pages to the cart?
If so is there a way to jump back to these pages
from the cart?

At the top of the links on the right side of your shopping cart home page you will see two links. One says Home, and one says shop home. The one that says Home is linked to your main website. You enter the url for this page in the configuration menu in shopping cart creator. You can enter any url you want there, but most have it linked to their home page.
As far as links to policies, shipping page, etc. there is no way to do that yet. You can provide those links on your home page though. Or you can add them in the extended description section for each of your products.
