All my websites utilize a template. The main menu is Java script and I duplicate all menu items at the bottom of the page as simple links. All of this is determined by the template and duplicated on every page.

Sitemapper only seems to bring back the root, but in the lower right corner it will show the total urls. I skip the options, themes and scheduler and go to Create Map. I do not upload. I go to preview and only the root folder is shown.

Is having a template causing the problem or am I doing something wrong.
