I think that the 3Dcart service is blocking or not supporting the iframe. I tried to link to yahoo.com on another product and that gave me an empty frame too.
Does your code look like this?

Everything seems to be working. Just had to get the uploads properly placed as I had to manually publish with Filezilla (3DCart uses SSL for FTP).
