Your search box will be centered if you include the centering style in the <FORM> tag as well as in the <p> tag as follows:
bot="HTMLMarkup" startspan --><FORM style='text-align:center' ACTION="http://search.freefind.com/find.html" METHOD="GET" accept-charset="utf-8" target="_self">
Here I also removed the align="center" from the <p> tag, since it is redundant there.
I tested the above in Chrome17, Firefox10, Opera11.61, Safari5.1 and IE9.
The search box was originally left-justified in all but IE9.
And, yes, the statcounter is centered.

It is not centered... So, my code must not have worked... I would try and use Per's code that he provided and see if that works... Keep the smile going!!! You can do it, it just takes time.
