Can I use Virtual Site Designer on a current website the has been made in Coffee Cup HTML Editor?
If so, is there any limitations or problems

No, VSD creates it's own code. You can however take snippets of code from the HTML Editor and insert them into a HTML box in VSD to use on a page.

Providing of course you are talking about "Visual" Site Designer rather than "Virtual"
Never know, you might be talking about using HTML Editor code in a different HTML type editor

You can also open the html pages in a browser and copy/paste images and paragraphs into your VSD pages (using the image and text tools). Makes it easier than starting from scratch
