For the email addresses I needed to use for an SDrive site (you know which one, Viv ), I called the registrar and let them set it up. The client has all her email addresses come to her through one Yahoo account. So all existing email addresses are still active, they just aren't hosted by CoffeeCup.

I have several email addresses for myself, and all would still come to me whether I kept my site or not as long as I keep up with the domain name registration. Mail can be sent to me at "me@mysite.com" no matter where mysite.com is hosted, because the email address is registered separately.
