Can’t find a way to go on line. Everything works in test mode, but when I publish the site, it still only works in test mode. I would imagine I have to do something to remove the trial header, and trial code, but can’t find instructions in the help documentation.

Are you working with the trail version or did you purchase the full version?

I bought the full version. It is up to date too. I downloaded the current code a couple of days ago. The previous version was doing the same thing.

This site is frequented mostly by volunteers in their spare time, and perhaps no one here has a good answer for you. It sounds like you might need tech support to lend you a hand. I'd submit a trouble ticket.

Try deleting ALL the shop files from you server and then upload the shop again to see if this helps.

You might also try not using CC to upload you files and use, file, export, export shop for upload and save to an empty folder and then upload the shop files using your FTP program.
