GIVE UP!!!!!!!! I have done everything under the sun to get your program to work. I have enable php with godaddy.com. I have gone to paypal account which IS active. I have submitted credentials granted permissions on paypal. I have copied and pasted the api username, password and signature all correctly without any spaces anywhere. I deleted everything on my webstore and exported again. I have deleted everything and even used the coffeecup shopping cart upload feature. Still everytime I try and checkout and click on the paypal button I get the message below. There are people who are using your software and are successful in running an online store online right? Your software is not working. I am forced to go find alternative software. I have spent several weeks trying to use your software. I have followed every step and still get this message. PayPal has returned an error!

Aileen,
I am sorry I don't know why you are getting the error message but I am sure someone from Coffee Cup will be able to help you, Have you posted a tech request in your support room. It is located under "my account" when you log in. When I started using the software a few weeks ago I had several issues which were addressed very quickly and efficiently. Don't give up until you get to speak with one of the developers. Scott will probably answer this.

Hi Scott
Our webshop has been working successfully up until today when a user sent this through. The PayPal account is fully credited and it has been working. Any ideas?
Thanks
Nev
" I was on the website and I attempted to order a t-shirt. I know I am late doing so. Anyway, I placed the order and Pay Pal said there was an error at Pay Pal and to instruct the customer to find another payment method. I tried a second time with the same results. I am hoping that my credit card is not billed twice with no order placed?"

Hi,

Don't know whether this helps, but i sometimes get different errors like that if i "cut and paste" for the API password from PayPal into the shopping cart........If i type it in manually it always works.

That's because sometimes when you cut and paste you might accidentally include a space at the beginning or end.

Hi Guys
In my case the cart has been woring for months without error so I do not think it is a cut & paste error. Paypal reported back to me yesterday that sometimes 'slow' internet or a problem on the site server can also play havoc. I'll contact the client and ask them to try again.
Thanks
Nev
