I have the coffeecup shopping cart creator.. nice piece of software, very easy to work with, it has its quirks but for the price.. superb.

My only gripe is that it does not appear possible to download the shop from my site, work with it then upload again.
To maintain the shop you have to keep all your picture files and backups ect in the same location files as when you produced the shop, on oyur computor.. move anything or rename it and it no longer works because you've broken the links.
I have also experienced the odd loss of all pictures in the creator from the backup, even when nothing has been changed.

I am interested to know if anyone else has experienced this and what other peoples views are

You are right, Shopping Cart Creator needs the .scc in order to be edited much like Visual Site Designer needs the .vnu file. However, Shopping cart does not automatically upload the .scc file like VSD does. If you want to be able to edit your cart by downloading the cart from FTP you will have to manually upload the .scc file to the server.
