I had to post that last message again, as it was mysteriously deleted. Hmm.

This is productive, from the standpoint of narrowing down the issue. So far, I have no answer to the problem on this thread or any other on your site.

I meet the requirements, I paid the fee. Make it work is really the answer, Scott.

How come you have not filled out a support ticket yet? I just looked at your account and there are no support tickets open? For us to help, you at least need to e-mail us or e-mail me directly. If you look at this thread, you have not really asked for any help.

I didn't open a support ticket, because I thought the support forum would open up more insight, as other users were having problems, also. Take what is being stated here, go to your support department and programmers and brainstorm fixes for the problems being posted here. Handling this on a case-by-case basis might lend some utility, but not if the fix is universal.

I try to monitor the forums to help but I can't always catch everything. This is why we offer e-mail and phone support to help you out. I can't take anything to the programmers until I know what the issues are ;)

Now if you can go over to http://coffeecup.com/help and submit your problem, someone can lend a hand. Or you you can even e-mail me directly.

I appreciate what you're saying about support tickets, as they can help run down a problem. I'll open one up. Meanwhile, if the support forums aren't the place to handle problems like this, perhaps we should have gone over that at the start.

The forums can be used for help, but if you are expecting action from us, you need to open a support ticket. I try to monitor the forums, but I can't always catch everything.

Sometimes we also need specific information that should not be shared in a public area.

I suggest labeling something on the link you took me to, as "Submit a Support Ticket" or "Support Ticket." I'm guessing "Ask a Question" is the support ticket. Otherwise, it's "The Support Room." I put an entry into the former.

I got your support ticket but you didn't include the link to your Website. Remember, the more information the better we can help ;)

I think this topic has gone 'round the bend :)

I own, and I am very satisfied with, ALL of the coffee cup software products (i purchased the full bundle). I have found the company to be easy to work with, great support, and I'm quite happy.

the issues with the shopping cart are not, as some have suggested, a lack of as-advertised features. the issues with PayPal will be addressed, I'm certain. I would snap up shopping cart in 2 seconds flat if it would allow users to pay without a paypal account. even still, we may go ahead with the software as the Google Payment option appears to work fine.

I thank you, Scott, and Coffee Cup for coming up with great products for us less than web wizard folks who would like our internet presence to be professional and functional!

I have used the Support area to post a couple of questions and they were answered the next day. Excellent service. The CC Shopping Cart is very easy for me to use. It does not do all that want, but then again it is reasonably priced. I look forward to improvements as we go forward. I feel comfortable using this product to work with my future website. Thanks
