Zoë, take a look at my component collection. I have made most of those components in 4 versions, one for each of the frameworks in SD. 5 actually, if you count in the HTML Editor.
There are some components that use special styling classes made for one particular framework. They can be hard to convert, but that goes only for a few of them.
So, if you see a component in say Materialize on my site, check if that component also can be found on the Foundation or Frameworkless or whatever pages.
