When I create a page, as the browser is resized larger, I get margins on the right, left and bottom. They are a stark white. How can I color them a different color?

Here is the screen shot. I'm not sure which file is the "project file"
Your project file is the .rlm file that you save.
I can't hear what I'm looking at.
It's easy to overlook something you're not looking for.

I must be doing something wrong. When I do a search only 2 rlm files that I have are from CoffeeCup.

Whatever file you are opening in RLM to make your layout, that is what we are asking for.

I think I see the problem. I should have selected the Responsive Site Designer, and I'm guessing that you are looking for the RSD file, which is the wrong type for me to upload (which I have tried)

If you are using RSD, the file extension will end in .RSD.
Anytime there is a file that you cannot attach because of the file extension, you can do one of two things:
1. zip the file.
2. Upload it to your server and post a link where to download the file.

It says that the file must be smaller than 100k, mine is 641k....

Then you need to use the second option I outlined.

Upload the file to your server and post a link to the file.
