Hello, I am new to web design but I am about to get really serious about it. I was leaning toward getting the $349 package so I can have full access to all the tools as my skills improve. I want my wife to use the programs with me from our desktop at home, but I would like to work on things from my laptop when I travel or get a moment to myself. Is it possible to install all the software onto 2 computers without purchasing a volume license? Because there is no way I am paying that price twice :p

You are allowed to have your software installed on up to 3 pc's for your own personal use.
I would think that would include your wife because as soon as you purchase something she automatically owns 100% but I guess I would make sure before she lets you touch anything. You can contact CC to confirm through their email.

Haha thanks for clearing that up. I will send them an email to verify. If it matters the two computers that they will be installed on are mine (she allows me to call them mine ) so I'm sure that it wouldn't be a problem.

So get the wife to buy it, and put it on three pc's laptops and CC will be fine about it

One little thing to consider, if you develop a website in something like VSD or HTML editor and upload to hosting via 1 pc, and your wife uploads from her pc after some changes, the latter upload will overwrite the former.

If you have an external hardrive, call it pc no3 you could work from that one so you can transfer from one pc to another with the most up to date work .
