You are saying you can't do HTML coding and ask what you can't do in VSD which you will be able to do in DW.

Without knowing too much about DW (I have it but never use it, because I found it too cumbersome to get to terms with) I may guess on one thing: You can't import a ready made site into VSD (Don't know if you can in DW).

So if you are thinking about that old FP-made site you mention, you'll have to build it from scratch. But that might be just as well since markup and conventions change over time, and your old site probably don't match the current standards (depending on how old that FP was, of course). But with VSD you'll quickly create, or recreate, the site by dragging and dropping. Once you've learnt the programme, of course, but it is not hard to learn and is very intuitive. And if all else fails, you have this forum, and what we are good at - among other things - is helping each other.

Oh, that Mercedes site you mentioned, the code of it is quite messy and partly outdated as well, so it would need a bit of modernizing too.
