I have submitted a test.

The mail I got from the Morkide company is ok as to the Turkish language. I'd like to see what my own submission looks like.

Just for the information of anyone else trying to work with a form in Turkish language: the New Web form builder (not the classic) can do it! Use the special Turkish letters (in one of my posts above) for anything which will appear on a website. The mails will get through without any problem. The end user can submit in plain Turkish and it will be readable when it reaches the recipient.

Hi Inger and Scott,

I made it !!!!!!
Can you believe it !!

I scanned all output files I could open in notepad for "charset" and "encoding" and changed everything I could find to "UTF-8", then when prompted to save the file I again saved them with the encoding option "UTF-8".

And voilà, it worked. Maybe someone has the same problem and is able to solve it that way as well.

Maybe you could fill in the form once again, so I can see that it works from any computer.
I'm afraid I have messed up my poor little machine in the last days. I might as well have changed something with my settings to make it work...hopefully not of course.

Thanks again for your kind help!

So, I have made another 'order'.

Did you accomplish this with the classic form builder, or did you switch to the new one?

No, didn't change the program.
It works almost perfect.

Some hard coded fields had to stay e.g. "s" instead of "sh", otherwise they would not show up in the respnd mail for the owner, but I can sure live with that.

User's name and message is 100 % clean!

I cannot tell you how happy I am!

Great news! There might be others who can profit from your work on that. :)
